Hertford County, North Carolina it's time for change. Our largest town (Ahoskie) has become a town of violence, chaos, and fear and it's spreading. The powers that be do not have a plan in sight therefore it is up to us, the residents, to unite as one, take control, and turn our towns into the safe, family-friendly communities they once were.

 We Are 1 uses a holistic approach when it comes to youth and community development by simultaneously providing mentorship, support, and resources for our youth, their families, and the community twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our structure builds a sense of purpose within our youth and the community.
