      We Are 1 is a strategic, action-only movement that empowers and transforms disadvantaged communities. Our universal code of unity means that we are void of manipulation, jealousy, envy, anger, disgust, harm, and fear of one another.

We fully submerge ourselves into a servant leadership mindset. We ensure that other people's highest-priority needs are being served. We focus primarily on the growth and well-being of our people and the communities to which they belong. Our philosophy dictates that we share power, put others' needs first, and help people develop and perform as highly as possible. 

 

     Our universal code of unity also dictates that we remain a loving, caring, loyal family. Our Oath of Engagement states that our love for one another is both unconditional and everlasting. We become ears to those who need to be heard, eyes to those who need sight, a voice for those who are afraid to speak up, and strength to those who need to be protected.
